Water Barrels
$25each · plus tax · setup & removal included
Secure anchoring where we cannot stake.
Water barrels are required for tents on concrete, asphalt or anywhere we cannot stake into grass or dirt. We fill them on site to hold the tent securely.

Before your tent goes up
Simple prep for a safe tent
- Cut the grass at least 48 hours before setup so it does not stain the tent.
- Turn sprinklers off 2 to 3 days before the event so the ground can dry.
- Keep fire pits and smokers at least 50 feet from the tent, and never use them under it.
- If winds reach 35 mph or more during your event, guests should leave the tent for safety.
Tents are staked on grass or dirt. On concrete or asphalt we use water barrels ($25 each).
