Tent size and space

Two 20x20 high peak tents

White high peak tents with no center pole, so tables and chairs go wherever you like. Each 20x20 tent seats about 40 at a sit-down dinner, 60 in rows or 80 for a cocktail party.

Each tent needs a clear area of 30x30 ft, 20 ft high.
Staked on grass or dirt. On concrete or asphalt we add water barrels ($25 each).
Cut the grass 48 hours before setup, turn sprinklers off 2 to 3 days before, and keep fire pits and smokers at least 50 feet from the tent.

How many guests does the Deluxe Package fit?

Up to 80 guests. It includes 80 chairs and two 20x20 tents, which seat about 80 at a sit-down dinner.

Is delivery included?

Yes, within 40 miles of our location (78245). Farther away, call us for a delivery quote. Setup and removal of every item are always included.

Can I change or add items?

Yes. Add string lights ($75 per tent), sidewalls ($75), an evaporative cooler ($100), karaoke ($250) or a dance floor (from $320). For bigger events, ask about a custom package.

How do I reserve it?

Get a quote by phone or online. A 50% deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due three days before your event through a secure online invoice.
