When is payment due?

A 50% deposit reserves your event date. Your rental is not reserved until we receive the deposit, so book as early as you can during peak season.

The remaining 50% is due three days before your event. You will get an invoice with a link for secure online payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards and direct bank payments.

What’s included in the rental price?

The base price includes the equipment for a 24-hour period plus professional setup and removal.

Some items, such as dance floors, may need extra preparation for guest safety. In those cases an additional setup charge may apply.

What does the package price include?

Every item listed in the package, plus setup and removal of all of it. Delivery is included within the package radius (30 miles of 78245 for the Standard Package, 40 miles for Deluxe and Premier).

Sales tax is not included and is added to your invoice.

How much does delivery cost?

We do not offer customer pickup. Every rental is delivered to and picked up from your event. Fees are based on distance from our location (78245) and are included when your pre-tax order reaches the amount shown:

0 to 10 miles$30 (free on orders $250+)
11 to 20 miles$60 (free on orders $500+)
21 to 30 miles$90 (free on orders $750+)

What discounts do you offer?

  • Package discount (already in the package price)
  • Multi-day discount (ask about details when you book)
  • Military and first responder discount (with valid ID)
  • Social media discount (when you follow us on Instagram)

Discounts apply to the rental subtotal before tax.

What is your refund policy?

Once booked, the 50% deposit is non-refundable, but the full amount is held as a credit for future rentals. Whenever possible we will work with you to reschedule or change your event.

In most cases, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

When do setup and removal happen?

Delivery and setup happen on the day of your event, usually 4 to 6 hours before it starts. For larger rentals we may set up the day before.

Removal happens the day after your event, usually in the morning. We confirm both times when we schedule your event. After-hours delivery, setup or removal may cost extra.

How long does setup take?

Usually between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Tables and chairs alone take about 30 minutes; a larger package with a tent or dance floor can take 2 to 3 hours. We give you our best estimate when you book.

What do I need to do before the event?

  • An adult (18+) must be present during setup and removal.
  • Clear the event area of debris before we arrive.
  • Cut the grass at least 48 hours before setup so it does not stain tents, linens or shoes.
  • Secure dogs and pets during setup and removal.
  • Turn off sprinklers before the event.
  • Keep fire pits and smokers at least 50 feet from tents, and never use them under a tent.
  • Clear trash, decorations and personal items off tables and chairs before removal.
  • Please do not wash rented tablecloths. Leave them on the tables and we handle them at pickup.

A cleaning fee applies if excessive trash or personal items are left on the equipment, based on the extra time it adds to pickup.

What if equipment is damaged during my rental?

Accidents happen. If equipment is damaged while in your possession, we charge a fee to cover the repair or replacement. We decide whether it can be repaired, then send an itemized bill with receipts or invoices to back up the charges.

We do not currently charge a fee for equipment downtime, but this may change.
