We had a great outdoor party!  James from Alamo Premier Rentals made that possible for us!   The tables, chairs, & linens looked great!  And to top it off, he came out and delivered and set them all up for us!  We really didn't have to lift a finger to get them all set up outside!  James picked them up the next day too!  I would recommend James and Alamo Premiwe Rental ever time!!  you won't be sorry!

Book them for your event needs, you will not be disappointed!  They were great from beginning to end!  They are very good at communicating whenever you reach out.  They have great prices compared to other party rental businesses.  They made sure to answer all of my questions and get me exactly what I needed.  On the day of the even they were punctual and set up the table cloths for me and they were also punctual for the pick up time and removed the tablecloths for me.  This was already included in their rental price.  Additionally, I was not charged a delivery fee because I was within 10 miles of their location.  This was for a baby shower and James was very kind and kept congratulating me.  I will definitely be using them again for any future events!

Rented chairs and a table for a baby shower.  James was a great communicator, was flexible on the pickup time and numbers of chairs prior, and the cost was less than other vendors.

The table was great, and the chairs were actually brand new.  While James is a one man show, he was in and out quickly and very pleasant to deal with.

Alamo Premier Rentals was professional and prompt to respond to our request for a detailed quote and subsequent invoicing.  Our event was scheduled for a time they were booked, but James graciously supported by setting up a couple days ahead of time (at no additional cost) and picking up a couple days after the event.  Prior to the event, James sent a message regarding any additional add on requests (a big fan or two since we were outside in the warm weather).  Overall this experience was beyond my expectations and we will use Alamo Premier for any future events.
